Herbal incense bundles are easy to make, and can add a really personal touch to our ceremonies, energy work, and spiritual practices. There are so many herbs to choose from and if we open ourselves to listening to the plants themselves we may even discover some that we may not have previously thought of as protective wards and energy clearing. Join Amy Shea as she talks about some herbal alternatives to white sage and demonstrates how to make an herbal smoke bundle using alternatives such as mugwort (Artemisa vulgaris), kitchen sage (Saliva officinalis) and other plants that she wildcrafts within the driftless region of Wisconsin.
***I will be at this event all weekend. The class will be held on Sunday 8/4/2019***
